Members of the Royal Household join in several thousands of private functions year on year, all over Great Britain as formally documented in the Court Circular, to honour, support and discover the successes or endeavours of individuals, organisations & companies in a mixture of parts of life. Their existing duties and traditional positions makes up the height of a contemporary “royal court,” and provide a uniquely British and historical spectacle to royal services (e.g. Trooping the Colour) and flavour to public demonstrations (E.g. Royal Funds

Assets that aid the British Queen in the action of her obligations as the ruler of state of the U.K. comes from the Civil List. This is a return of a miniature piece of the revenue from the Crown Lands that are given up by the sovereign to parliament at the start of each and every reign; all Crown Land being governed by The Crown Estates, an organisation that is exclusively liable to parliament. In the 2003-04 monetary year, the total provided was one-hundred and seventy-six million pounds, where the Queen’s spending was only thirty six million pounds. The Head of State’s expenses doesn’t encompass the outlay of protection.
